Protecting brain and lungs: Precision medicine in PICU and NICU
- October 27 - 29, 2022
- Paris, France
Objectives
IPOKRaTES seminars provide high quality postgraduate education, which enable professionals to keep abreast of the most recent developments and offer participants the opportunity to discuss clinical problems or scientific issues personally with international experts. This seminar is designed to provide participants with a state-of-the art, comprehensive, and interdisciplinary approach to neurological and respiratory disease in critical neonates and children. Participants will learn about mechanisms- and etiology-driven management and new therapies in order to implement precisionmedicine approaches in the Pediatric and Neonatal Intensive Care Units. Lectures will focus on mechanisms of injury, multimodal monitoring in neonates and children at risk of lung and brain damage, neuroprotection, lung protection, and new treatment approaches and will be given ample chance to directly discuss with the international experts.
