Didactic sessions will provide updates on current concepts of pathophysiology, prevention and management of many of the problems encountered in the field of neonatology. Knowledge gaps and opportunities for future research will be discussed. This seminar also offers a comprehensive update on important problems, pathophysiology, clinical assessment, management and care in the premature and mature newborn. In addition to didactic sessions, there will be hands on workshops related to resuscitation, ventilatory management, point of care ultrasound and neurologic monitoring.
